For SCVT Course

1. For the issuance of Marksheet trainee should click on "Click here to Proceed."
2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective field and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. If the examination result has been declared, then the Marksheet will be available on the Dashboard page.
4. The trainee can take the printout of their Marksheet by clicking on "View Marksheet".
5. To change the Password trainee should Click on the User Icon given on upper right side corner and click on "Change Password" button. After filling the Current Password fill your New Password and for the confirmation fill New Password in "Confirm New Password" column again and click on "Submit" button. If you wish to fill all the details again then click on "Reset" button.
6. After the completion of process click on "Logout" button.

For SCVT Course

1. For the issuance of certificate trainee should click on "Click Here to Proceed" button.
2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective field and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. Certificate will be available on the "Dashboard" page of trainees who have passed in their last semester. Trainees can take printout of their certificate by clicking on "View Pass Certificate" button.
4. To change the Password trainee should Click on the User Icon given on upper right side corner and click on "Change Password" button. After filling the Current Password fill your New Password and for the confirmation fill New Password in "Confirm New Password" column again and click on "Submit" button. If you wish to fill all the details again then click on "Reset" button.
5. After the completion of process click on "Logout" button.

For SCVT Course

1. For the issuance of Revised Marksheet trainee will have to click on "Click Here to Proceed Button."
2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective sections and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. If trainee wants to update his personal information like his name, his father's name, his mother's name or date of birth in his marksheet then he will have to click on "Request for Revised Marksheet" link given on the Dashboard page. After this, trainee can update the information (His Name, His Father's Name, His Mother's Name or Date of Birth) that he wants to update, by filling the details in the respective sections and click on "Submit" button.
4. After the completion of process click on "Logout" button.

For SCVT Course

1. For the issuance of Revised Certificate trainee will have to click on "Click Here to Proceed Button."
2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective sections and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. If trainee wants to update his personal information like his name, his father's name, his mother's name or date of birth in his certificate then he will have to click on "Request for Revised Certificate" link given on the Dashboard page. After this, trainee can update the information (His Name, His Father's Name, His Mother's Name or Date of Birth) that he wants to update, by filling the details in the respective sections and click on "Submit" button.
4. After the completion of process click on "Logout" button.

For SCVT Course

1. For the issuance of Duplicate Marksheet trainee will have to click on "Click Here to Proceed" button.
2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective sections and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. Trainee can take the printout of their marksheet again by clicking on "View Duplicate Marksheet" link which is being displayed on their Dashboard page.

2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective field and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. If the trainee have completed his course, then his Character Certificate will be available on his Dashboard page. Trainee can take printout of their Character Certificate by clicking on 'View Character Certificate' button.
4. To change the Password trainee should Click on the User Icon given on upper right side corner and click on "Change Password" button. After filling the Current Password fill your New Password and for the confirmation fill New Password in "Confirm New Password" column again and click on "Submit" button. If you wish to fill all the details again then click on "Reset" button.
5. After the completion of process click on "Logout" button.

For SCVT Course

1. For the issuance of Transfer Certificate trainee will have to click on "Click Here to Proceed" button.
2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective sections and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. If the trainee has completed his course, then Transfer Certificate will be available on his Dashboard page. Trainees can take printout of their Transfer Certificate by clicking on "View Transfer Certificate" button.
4. To change the Password trainee should Click on the User Icon given on upper right side corner and click on "Change Password" button. After filling the Current Password fill your New Password and for the confirmation fill New Password in "Confirm New Password" column again and click on "Submit" button. If you wish to fill all the details again then click on "Reset" button.
5. After the completion of process click on "Logout" button.

For SCVT Course

1. For the approval of Medical Leave trainee should click on "Click Here to Proceed" button.
2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective field and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. If trainees wish to apply for Medical Leave then they should click on "Apply for Medical Leave" link which is being displayed on the "Dashboard" page. After clicking on this link trainee will have to fill all the required details in the respective fields and upload Medical Certificate, after which he/she has to click on "Submit" button. Filled details will be forwarded to the concerned ITI, which will update the status accordingly. If the trainee wishes to fill all the details again then he will have to click on "Reset" button. After this process status of application made for Medical Leave will be displayed in the table of "Status of Approval of Medical Leave."
4. To change the Password trainee should Click on the User Icon given on upper right side corner and click on "Change Password" button. After filling the Current Password fill your New Password and for the confirmation fill New Password in "Confirm New Password" column again and click on "Submit" button. If you wish to fill all the details again then click on "Reset" button.
5. After the completion of process click on "Logout" button.

SCVT पाठ्यक्रम हेतु

1. विषयवस्तु शीघ्र उपलब्ध होगी

1. To apply for the Return of Caution Money trainee will have to click on "Click Here to Proceed" button.
2. Registered Trainees should fill "Roll Number", "Password" and "Captcha" in the respective sections and click on "Login" button and those trainees who are not registered yet they should click on "For New Registration" button for new registration.
3. If trainee wants to apply for the Return of Caution Money then they will have to click on "Request for Return of Caution Money" link which is displayed on the Dashboard page. After clicking on this link and filling all the important information related to return of caution money like, detail of bank account in which he/she wants the return of caution money etc. trainee will have to click on "Submit" button. Filled information will be forwarded to the concerned ITI, after which ITI will do the necessary proceedings and will transfer the amount of caution money in the concerned bank account and will updated the status accordingly. The status can be viewed by the Trainee through their Login.
4. To change the Password trainee should Click on the User Icon given on upper right side corner and click on "Change Password" button. After filling the Current Password fill your New Password and for the confirmation fill New Password in "Confirm New Password" column again and click on "Submit" button. If you wish to fill all the details again then click on "Reset" button.
5. After the completion of process click on "Logout" button.

Login for S.C.V.T. Trainee

1. Click on ‘Click to Proceed’ button for result.
2. Fill ‘Roll Number’, ‘Password’ and ‘Captcha’ in the respective fields and click on ‘Login’ button. Those trainees who are not registered should click on ‘New Registration’ button to get themselves registered.
3. If Examination Result has been declared then Marksheet will be displayed on the page of Dashboard. Trainee can take printout of their Marksheet by clicking on “Print Marksheet” button.
4. To change the Password click on ‘Change Password’ button. After filling the password fill your New Password and fill the New Password again in ‘Confirm New Password’ column and click on ‘Submit’ button. If you wish to fill all the fields again then click on Reset button.
5. After the process is completed, click on ‘Logout’ button to close your account.
